It has been said that performance analysis is as much art as it is science. Over their long careers in performance, John and Jerry have learned a few lessons. Some are philosophical, about the way a performance analyst should approach a problem or explain an issue in the language of the listener. Others are narrowly technical, such as how certain data types should be interpreted. In this session, John and Jerry share their top 10 strategies for maintaining performance and costs. Whether you're a seasoned professional seeking a few extra tips or a newcomer finding yourself responsible for performance and costs, you're sure to take some valuable tips back home.
