Meredith Stowell is the Vice President of IBM Z and LinuxONE Ecosystem helping to build skills and a strong community of partners for IBM Z. She and her teamwork with clients, universities, students, professional developers, and business partners around the world to broaden the IBM Z ecosystem of solutions and build critical skills needed in the marketplace. She also leads developer outreach activities including hackathons, meetups, and trial programs to increase awareness of the platform.
Louisa’s an experienced professional within IBM with 10 years’ spanning diverse roles across consulting, software development and acquisitions. In addition, Louisa has just finished a Degree Apprenticeship to support her role in business leadership. Louisa is the chairperson of the open-source project Galasa within the Linux Foundation which included taking this project to adoption, in addition, she’s also a product management role overseeing a portfolio within IBM Z.
Anne is an IBM zSystems Distinguished Engineer, Cryptographic Technology Development, and has been a development leader for many years. She holds degrees in mathematics and computer science. She defines the key deployment strategy for cryptography on the zSystems platform (hardware, firmware, and operating systems) and incorporates advances in emerging technology. She leads the zSystems effort to leverage quantum-safe cryptography including the introduction of the first quantum-safe system in industry that leverages the technology, the IBM Z16. She was a guest panelist for the 2023 RSA Conference Cryptographer’s Panel moderated by Whitfield Diffie and the 2022 International Crypto Module Conference Migration to Post Quantum Cryptography panel moderated by Dr. Michelle Mosca. Anne is a member of the INCITS/Inclusive Terminology TC, NIST NCCoE Migration to PQC WG and serves on the advisory board of HOPE Worldwide Charlotte. Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, strength training, and long walks on the beach.
