Your IBM MQ Queue Manager can be configured to emit a great quantity of Accounting and Statistics data. Many queue managers run with all these features turned off and thus the administrators of those queue managers do not get the benefit from the information contained within it. In this session, we will look at a number of actual examples of questions you can answer by using this data, and how you can, as a result, improve the way your applications and queue managers perform. Your speaker, Morag Hughson, has been elbow deep in the bits and bytes of this data emitted by MQ queue managers, and is well placed to show you what it can tell you.
