Tofik Jemal Ahmed is a skilled Client Services Consultant with over a decade of expertise in Mainframe development, specializing in performance tuning products. With a passion for continuous learning, he has presented at prestigious conferences like SHARE, GSE UK, GSE Nordic and csDUG, while actively participating in IDUG events. Tofik's analytical mindset and dedication to excellence make him an upcoming expert in the industry and he has worked with many customers in analysis, implementation and education of a performance tuning tool. Beyond work, he enjoys traveling, immersing himself in diverse cultures, and seeking new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Petr Klomfar is an R&D Engineering Manager at Broadcom Software, leading development of Mainframe Application Tuner, Dynamic Capacity Intelligence, and Application Profiler for Z.
He has been in the IT industry since graduating from the Czech Technical University, with over 13 years dedicated to mainframe performance and capacity solutions.
Petr’s career spans Quality Assurance, Development, Sustaining Engineering, and Product Management, including seven years as Product Owner for Mainframe Application Tuner, engaging closely with clients and respective engineering teams.
His expertise blends DevOps and AIOps practices with a deep passion for mainframe innovation.
Today, in his R&D leadership role, Petr continues to remain curious, collaborative, and eager to connect with fellow IT professionals to exchange insights and drive the mainframe ecosystem forward.
