As DevOps pipelines accelerate software delivery, managing secrets securely has become a critical challenge. This session explores how IBM (HashiCorp) Vault can be seamlessly integrated into CI/CD workflows to enforce security without sacrificing speed. Attendees will learn how to replace hard-coded credentials with dynamic secrets, automate access controls, and audit secret usage across build and deployment stages. By embedding Vault into a DevSecOps strategy, organizations can achieve end-to-end security, compliance, and agility across their software supply chain.

Pradeep Parameshwaran is the Chief Architect for Security & Compliance on IBM zSystems & LinuxONE. Currently he leads a global team of developers working on compliance aspects on IBM zSystems and owns the Product Design and Architecture of IBM Z SCC.Previously Pradeep was a Security Architect with Hyper Protect Services on IBM Cloud. He started is career at IBM as Software developer for z/VM. He is regular speaker at conferences and various client events.
