Jenny He is a CICS TS development lead based at the Hursley laboratory in the UK. She started develop CICS releases since 2010, with deep knowledge in CICS Policy, Events, Monitoring, async APIs etc. She is often involved in cross-z IBM offering and identifying new functions for CICS product. Apart from software development, she has been active in patenting and is an Master Inventor in IBM.
