I am a Product Technical Specialist at IBM with extensive experience in the mainframe (z/OS) environment, specializing in IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) and IBM Z System Automation (IZSA). As the member of SMPO team, I support clients in transitioning to IBM solutions and pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and presentations, to showcase the value of IBM's scheduling and automation tools. I am passionate about helping organizations modernize their operations while minimizing risk and ensuring continuity.
