  • David Mills has worked in the IT industry for over 38 years with an emphasis in Operations and Automation.  Currently, he works as a Technical Architect for Broadcom's Mainframe Software Division with a focus on leading projects to modernize complex automation using Broadcom's premiere automation solutions.

    Sean is a dedicated mainframer currently working on supporting large-scale migrations and conversions to Broadcom's automation product: OPS/MVS. I help organizations seamlessly adopt and integrate advanced mainframe automation solutions. I collaborate closely with clients, tackling unique challenges and developing strategic adoption roadmaps tailored to their needs.

    Sean grew up in New York and now lives in San Diego, California, blending East Coast determinatino with West Coast creativity. Over the course of his career, he's held roles as a Db2 Datbase Administrator and Storage and System Support Engineer, which provided him with a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of enterprise-level systems.

    Sean's passionate about mainframe education and mentoring, sharing knowledge with the community, and speaking at conferences to inspire others about the future of mainframe technology. Sean believes in continuous learning and enjoys connecting with industry professionals to drive innovation and growth.
