Jane is an advisory UX Designer at IBM Compilation Technology, based at the Toronto Canada Lab. In this role, she focuses on open-source languages for z/OS, XL C/C++ on AIX, and the COBOL Upgrade Advisor for z/OS. Jane plays a key role in technical design, addressing complex challenges by understanding user needs and driving successful outcomes.
