Sudha Dhanwada is recognized as a leader in Continuous Delivery and Level 3 Service within the z/OS organization. She works closely with the IBM Support team to troubleshoot complex customer issues and is passionate about bridging development and support to enhance the client experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz.
