Cynthia Overby is the Director of Strategic Security Solutions at Rocket Software, where she manages the company’s security product portfolio to advance Rocket’s position as a leader in mainframe security. She has more than 40 years of experience in mainframe compliance, risk management, governance, and cybersecurity, with leadership roles spanning IT, security product development, healthcare, and financial services. She previously served as President and Co Founder of Key Resources Inc., acquired by Rocket Software in 2023. Cynthia serves on the SHARE Board as the Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the Women in IT focus group building a strong mentorship network that supports and inspires future generations of women in technology. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to strengthening community and culture, creating meaningful experiences, addressing complex challenges, and driving sustainable, positive changes.
