(4S)

Stream: Virtual Room 4
Time: 16:15 - 17:00

Presentation

I have written elsewhere (https://openmainframeproject.org/blog/mainframe-education-at-hbcus-and-beyond/, https://openmainframeproject.org/blog/from-bootcamp-to-employment-closing-the-mainframe-skills-gap/) that mainframe apprenticeships will becoming the onboarding method of choice for a variety of reasons. This presentation is a case study of a specific implementation: the Eli Madison Memorial Apprenticeship (EMMA)
