GET IN TOUCH
The objective of this service is to get you safely back to your hotel on the nights of the CICS Birthday Party and Conference Dinner and return to Whittlebury Hall the following morning. Depending on demand there will also be an early evening bus to these hotels to allow you to check in. However, there is only a short period of time between conference sessions to do this and if you have a car it would be quicker to use this rather than the shuttle bus. Likewise, if you want to return to your hotel after the conference day sessions to ‘freshen up’ going by car would be the quickest option. Therefore, we would like to limit the early evening shuttle busses to those that have no other means of transport.
Delegates should make their own way to Whittlebury on Tuesday morning and from Whittlebury on Thursday afternoon.
Those staying additional nights will need to arrange ther own transport.
