The Conference App - Whova

Using Whova

We will use an online platform called Whova for our event. You can download the Whova app to access the event using this LINK.

Some of the highlights are:

• View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule
• Session and conference feedback
• Conference maps
• Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time
• Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizers
• Available on Android, iOS, and web portal.

After downloading the app, you must login with the email address you used during registration for the conference. You must use this email address on the Whova mobile app or web portal. Make sure you choose a strong password. Once you have signed up, you should be taken directly to your event!

If you aren’t directly added to the event and are asked for an event invitation code when accessing the event, please wait a few hours and try again and if it's still a problem, please contact conferences@gse.org.uk

Some of you may have used the Whova app before. If so, double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using the email address used when registering for the conference and associated password.
