Shuttle bus principles.
The objective of this service is to get you safely back to your hotel on the nights of the two conference dinners and return to Whittlebury Hall the following morning.
Delegates should make their own way to Whittlebury on:
- Monday for the afternoon sessions; or
- Tuesday morning when joining the conference on Tuesday; and
- from Whittlebury on Thursday afternoon.
Those staying additional nights will need to arrange their own transport.
The shuttle bus transfers (Silverstone Escapade, Hilton Garden Inn, the Silverstone Golf Club & Hotel, Silverstone Premier Inn and Travel Lodge - Towcester)
A shuttle service will operate between the Towcester Travelodge, the Premier Inn / Green Man at Silverstone, the Silverstone Golf Club & Hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn and the Silverstone Escapade.
It is a 53-seater coach, and if it is full, you will have to wait for the next one. If possible, try to avoid the busy times. The 08:10 coach is likely to be the busiest in the morning, and the 22:10 and 23:10 coaches are likely to be the busiest in the evening. The transfer should take around 55 minutes, traffic permitting.
