Making a hotel reservation

GSE have negotiated special room rates with the hotel for the conference and have the entire hotel and the Paddocks reserved for us on the Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

If you request hotel room(s) as part of your conference registration GSE will reserve them with the hotel on your behalf. Please note that you cannot book rooms directly with the hotel for the period of the conference; instead you can make a reservation request as part of your conference registration (see the Registration link above ). Rooms can be reserved through us for the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Note that all hotel bookings are between you and the hotel; GSE will make the reservation for you and send you a confirmation but will take no payment. You will need to pay the hotel on checkout as with any normal booking. 

Should you fail to turn up without prior notification you will be responsible for any charges the hotel may make.

If you should need to cancel or change your hotel booking for any reason you can do this in "My GSE" up until a week before the conference. After that please contact GSE Conference Admin, ukconference@gse.org.uk (or see Contacts above) and we will liaise with the hotel on your behalf. If you phone the hotel directly they will probably not be able to help as the rooming list details are held by us.

The hotel rooms and prices

The room prices for 2019 are; -

Whittlebury Hall - Single Occupancy	£115.56
Whittlebury Hall/Overflow Hotel - Double or twin occupancy	£141.83
The Paddocks - Single occupancy only	£99.80

All rooms in Whittlebury Hall are double rooms and you can select double, twin or single occupancy. 

All the rooms in The Paddocks are single rooms. This is 41 bedroom building a short walk from the main hotel; breakfast is served in the main hotel with all the other delegates.
