GSE have negotiated special room rates with the hotel for the conference and have the entire hotel reserved for us on the Tuesday and Wednesday nights until Monday 23 September.  After this date the rooms will be released for general sale at much higher prices.

To book a room goto url https://book.rguest.com/wbe/group/1038/wbh-book/auth?BookID=99736  or follow the link at the end of the conference registration process.  You will be asked to enter a Booking ID (99736) and a password (1016010752).

Beware!! The hotel booking page is set up with a default date range.  If this doesn't match with your dates, you must change the start and end dates by clicking on the field shown below...

Note that all hotel bookings are between you and the hotel. You will have to use a credit or debit card to pay for your booking at the time of reservation. 

If more than one person is going to share the room with you please contact the hotel on +44 (0)1327 850489 to update your booking

If you should need to cancel or change your hotel booking for any reason please contact the hotel directly on +44 (0)1327 850 489.  The hotel’s cancellation policy for these rooms is if you cancel your booking you will NOT get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.  However, it will be possible to change the name of the person using the room should you be unable to attend but it is your responsibility to arrange this with the hotel and the person taking over your room.

The hotel rooms and prices

The room prices for 2024 inclusive of VAT are; -

 Whittlebury Hall & The Paddocks - Single Occupancy  £165
 Whittlebury Hall & The Paddocks - Double or twin occupancy  £190
 Upgrade to Exec Room  £50

All rooms in Whittlebury Hall are double rooms but you can only select single occupancy. Contact the hotel if you want to increase this to double or triple occupancy.
